it seems that politics has finally outgrown “badgers” and “squirrels” in my word cloud of tags. but then, when i tag this post, maybe they will catch up? but i will likely have to also tag it “politics”, in which case the poor badgers and squirrels will still be outnumbered.

of course, badgers aren’t rodents, i think. they’re something else. somewhat anteater-ish, perhaps. whatever those are. raccoon-y?
i’m not sure. anyway, this just in, apparently several squirrels have been arrested for espionage in Iran. yes, squirrels. arrested. that’s what they said. “arrested.” not trapped, not exterminated, not “chased away with a rake” but “arrested.”
